The Music Atelier is more than “just an organ”. With literally thousands of sounds and accompaniments available, the Atelier is the most versatile instrument on the market today. With the auto accompaniment section the player can perform with different rhythm styles from all over the world. By playing simple chords on the lower keyboard, the arranger function automatically adds accompaniment, letting you play with a virtual backing band of world-class musicians.
While playing with these fantastic automatic backgrounds creates a professional accompaniment effect, the Next Generation Atelier allows the performer to create an even more exact rhythm style by using the VARIATION Feature. Every organ in the new Next Generation Atelier line-up, from the AT-75 to the AT-900, features 4 Variation buttons in the rhythm section. These 4 Variations allow for a wider variety of accompaniment patterns within each single style. The player can select how much or how little of an accompaniment they want by selecting a different Variation. Each Variation has been individually recorded — you’ll hear the changes in the bass and drum patters, the accompaniment instruments used and the complexity of the patterns.
Because each Variation button is an individually created pattern, the benefits of multiple Variations don’t stop with the Rhythm Style. Each Variation can also be its own unique Introduction and/or Ending. Ranging from a simple, 1-measure lead-in, to an advanced, complex multi-measure introduction, the Variation Features allows the player to dictate exactly how they want their performance to start, and end. The possibilities are endless! You can mix and match the multiple Introductions, rhythm styles and Endings to make every performance a completely unique event.
