HAPPY NEW YEAR
(Photo) Welcome to the first Atelier® Newsletter of 2011. We hope you had a wonderful holiday season, and all of us at Roland are looking forward to seeing you at the Atelier Festival local events across the country.

2011 starts off with a bang as we prepare for the many events scheduled for the first quarter, and our first major event is the NAMM Show. This is an industry trade show for the International Music Products Association, and also happens to be the largest convention held at the Anaheim Convention Center each year. Months of preparation go into this event, and this is where our dealers from across the country come to the new instruments for 2011. We showed a lot of exciting new Atelier models this year, and are showcasing the new Atelier COMBO in this issue. Look for us at your local dealer when we premier this and other new models as they become available.

Of course, the Atelier Festival local events will be held in February, March, and April…moving directly to the National Finals in Las Vegas. As you may know, contestants win expense-paid trips to perform at the National event but, as I visit with folks across the country, some have suggested some sort of “grand prize” might also be appropriate for our winners. Well, we listened and you’re not going to believe what we’ve come up with! We’ll be announcing the new prizes at your local event, so be sure to attend and participate. You won’t want to miss the fun and excitement this year! All of our previous participants have had such a great time, and learned so much in the process.

In this issue of the Atelier Newsletter we’ve provided opportunities to download not only registrations, but a new Music Style for you to enjoy on your Atelier. We hope you take pride in the fact that, while others may be forced to pay thousands of dollars for a few new music styles, your Roland instrument is designed with expansion possibilities. It’s easy to add to the fun without breaking the bank!

Oh, and if you’ve been yearning for that beautiful new Atelier and Santa couldn’t fit it in his sleigh, be sure to check out our extended “No Interest” financing program. This program was such a big hit, we’ve decided to extend it.

Thanks for joining us for this issue of the Atelier Newsletter and, in closing, all of us at Roland want to wish you a very Happy New Year and express our sincere thanks for your support of Roland and your local dealer throughout the year.

Musically yours,
Rick Morales
