WELCOME
It’s hard to believe that another year has flown by so quickly. We’ve had so much fun with the launch of the “Artist Edition,” lots of amazing music extravaganzas across the country, tons of clinics and artist events, and the popular Roland Atelier Festival.
As we approach the holidays, many of us take time to reflect on the many wonderful things that are a part of our lives. Roland Corporation is, of course, a very big part of my life. It’s not only a great company, but an amazing group of talented individuals with whom I am very proud to be associated. In that spirit of pride, I have asked our chairman, Mr. Dennis Houlihan, to share a little insight into the soul of this great company, and the origins of the amazing Roland Atelier. I hope you will take a few moments to read
Dennis’ comments.
We wish you a wonderful holiday season filled with great music, and want to get you off to a good start, so we have posted some really fun “drawbar based”
registrations
for your enjoyment. These settings sound great whether you have the latest “Artist Edition” model or one of our legacy models. (They just might sound a little better and have a few more toys to play with on the AE) Have fun with them, and feel free to reach up and “tweak” the drawbars while you’re playing, if you are moved to do so. Watch
Rosemary Bailey’s video
for some ideas on attitude and technique.
For our “Artist Edition” owners (and those who would like to be), we have included some tips on using the new
OTP +Plus feature.
Isn’t it amazing how much better you sound on the AE models?
BTW — If a new Atelier is on your wish list for Christmas, you might want to tell Santa about Roland’s
12 months “no interest” financing.
It makes it much easier on Santa’s checkbook.
Most importantly, all of us at Roland want to wish you and your family the most wonderful holiday season ever. We look forward to seeing you at Roland events throughout the season, and at the Atelier Festival and other events throughout next year.
Warmest holiday wishes,
–Rick Morales
